We offer FREE delivery to UK addresses for orders over £50 (Standard Delivery). The total spend must be £50 after any other discounts are taken off.

Your parcel will be sent via Hermes courier or Royal Mail 2nd Class, and should be with you within 3 to 4 days from dispatch*

Local Contact Free Collection Services
We offer a free contact free collection service from New Waltham, N.E.Lincs (DN36). You will receive an email to arrange once your order is ready.

*Please Note
Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays, and dispatch on the weekend cannot be guaranteed unless it is specially requested. The above delivery schedule is for mainland UK addresses and should only be used as a guide – during busy and peak periods or following a bank holiday delivery timescales may be longer. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.

For orders placed after 3pm on a Friday your parcel will dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Order Queries
If you have a query about an order you have not received in the timescale expected please e-mail us on or through our Contact Us page. Please notify us as soon as possible in the event of a delay to the selected service and we will investigate and try to resolve the issue to the best of our ability, but unfortunately we cannot be accountable for delayed items.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt of item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original and undamaged packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or a proof of purchase.

Please note: We will not accept returns for bespoke items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and arrange a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges, Breakages and Incorrect Items
Any breakages, defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within fourteen days of delivery. Please do not reject parcels from the courier because you suspect the goods are broken – please accept the delivery and contact us. Please note we may ask for photographic evidence of a breakage or an incorrect item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if an incorrect item has been received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note, if you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable shipping/postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
